We will not be responsible for loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or corruption of your data resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to breaches of third-party providers, user credential compromise, or force majeure events). By using the service you acknowledge this risk and consent to the terms of use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEC License Preparation and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims related to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts you paid to us in the prior 12 months.
Accounts and terminations
